How do I get to the beach from the townhouse?
Bay County Public Beach Access #12 is a 5 minute walk. From the front door turn right toward the end of the property and hop on the sidewalk along Thomas Drive. Walk past the Mariner East sign, then the Nautical Watch sign, then past the front of Watercrest Condominiums and turn right on Crescent Drive. Follow the path straight to the beach. Please use the public access path and not cut through the condominiums.
Can I bike to restaurants and shops from the townhouse?
Yes, absolutely. Thomas Drive has a dedicated bike lane and the speed limit is 35mph so it feels very safe for bikes, e-bikes and scooters. Finn's Island Style Grub is only a 6 minute bike ride from the unit. For rentals, Beachside Motorsports has e-bikes, regular bikes, paddleboards, kayaks and golf carts all in one place.
Is there parasailing near the Turquoise Townhouse?

Do the basketball and pickleball courts in the photos belong to the property?
Those courts belong to the Mariner East and West Condominium community next door and are not available to SummerPlace guests. SummerPlace is a smaller 18 unit community and the shared amenity is the pool.

Schooners is less than a mile away and is a PCB classic. Best fried shrimp on the beach, great Pina Coladas and Margaritas, and I personally love their tuna dip. Capt. Anderson's is about a 5 minute drive and is a beautiful sit down dinner spot right off the bay. Pier Park has tons of restaurant options under 10 miles away but keep in mind it gets crowded on holiday weekends so drive times can vary.
