Sports tournament families
Publix Sports Park is just 5 miles away — one of the largest multi-sport complexes in the Southeast. Skip the loud, crowded hotel strip and stay on the quiet residential beach side instead. Perfect for players, parents, and grandparents alike.

Fishing families
St. Andrews State Park fishing pier is 9 minutes away with unobstructed gulf views. Half Hitch tackle shop is 7 minutes for gear or full setup rentals. The anglers sleep on their boats — but families and spectators need a real home base nearby. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, beach one block away to fill the days while the boats are out.
🌊
Water sports guests
Adventures at Sea handles it all — parasailing, jet skis, boat rentals, dolphin tours — 7 minutes from the front door. Beachside Motorsports has paddleboards and kayaks for something more low key. The water is right there waiting for you.

Hi, I'm Tanisha 👋🏽

Panama City Beach has a way of getting into your soul — the sugar-white sand, the emerald water, the slower pace of life. I fell in love with it, and the Turquoise Townhouse was my way of sharing that feeling with other families.

I'm a Superhost with over 3 years of experience, and I put genuine care into every single stay. You'll notice it in the beach cart stocked and ready to go, the high chair and stroller for the little ones, the board games for rainy afternoons, and the personal touches that make this feel like a second home rather than just a rental.

When you book direct with me, you're not dealing with a call center or a property manager — you're talking to me, and I respond within the hour. If something comes up during your stay, I've got you covered.

Fun fact I'm a University of Georgia alum and — yes — a former Family Feud contestant. So if you need someone who works well under pressure and thinks fast, I'm your host. 😂

The right home base for your PCB trip

Not sure if this is the right fit? Here's how the Turquoise Townhouse stacks up for the most common trips to Panama City Beach.

Family of 4 with a toddler, visiting PCB in May
This is exactly who I designed this space for. No road to cross to reach the beach — just walk out and you're there. St. Andrews State Park is 2 miles away with a natural wading pool calm enough for toddlers. Stroller, high chair, pack-n-play, and kids' beach toys are all waiting for you. The SummerPlace community pool is small and quiet — far less crowded than any hotel pool. Book direct and save 15–18% vs Airbnb.
Couple or friends looking for a quiet beach escape
SummerPlace is a low-density residential community — no party strip, no elevator lobby chaos, no noise. The back patio with Adirondack chairs, a grill, and string lights is perfect for winding down at night. Beach Access #12 is one block away and far less crowded than the tourist hotspots. A genuinely peaceful PCB experience.
Tournament family staying near Publix Sports Park
Publix Sports Park is 5 miles away — 10 minutes by car. Instead of a cramped hotel room on the busy strip, you get a full 2-bedroom townhouse with a real kitchen, washer/dryer for uniforms, and the Gulf of Mexico one block away to decompress after games. Grandparents will especially appreciate the quiet setting and two parking spaces right out front.
Remote worker needing a work-from-beach setup
319 Mbps WiFi throughout the townhouse. Quiet residential neighborhood with no lobby noise or foot traffic. Work focused hours in the morning, walk to the beach in the afternoon. No commute, no distractions — just you, a fast connection, and the Gulf Coast waiting outside.

Common questions answered

Is the beach safe for young children and toddlers?
Yes — Beach Access #12 is one block away with no intersection to cross. St. Andrews State Park, just 2 miles away, has a natural wading pool formed by a jetty where kids can splash in the Gulf without big waves and can stand comfortably. It's one of the best toddler-friendly beach spots in PCB.
Can I work remotely from the townhouse?
Absolutely. The townhouse has 319 Mbps high-speed WiFi throughout. It's located in a quiet, low-density residential community with no elevator noise or lobby foot traffic — ideal for focused morning work sessions before heading to the beach.
Is there parking for a truck, SUV, or vehicle with a trailer?
There are 2 assigned parking spaces directly in front of the unit — free for guests. For larger vehicles or trailers, reach out to me before booking so I can confirm fit and discuss options.
What is the minimum stay requirement?
Minimum stay varies by season. Weekend stays (2 nights) are available during shoulder season. Peak summer and holiday weekends may require 3–4 night minimums. Check the booking calendar for exact availability and minimums for your dates.
Are there restaurants within walking distance?
Several restaurants are a short drive away — PCB's dining scene is along Thomas Drive and Back Beach Road. Schooners, the last true local beach club, is 1 mile away. Finn's Island Style Grub, The Alibi, and Parlor Doughnuts are all within a few minutes. Nothing is truly walkable but everything is a 2–10 minute drive.
What beach gear is included?
Inside the patio closet you'll find a beach cart, beach chairs, body boards, kids' sand toys, and extra patio chairs — all available for guest use during your stay. Beach towels are also provided and can be used at the pool or beach.
Is this a good base for Publix Sports Park tournaments?
It's one of the best setups for tournament families in PCB. Publix Sports Park is just 5 miles away — about 10 minutes by car. Rather than staying in a cramped hotel room on the busy tourist strip, you get a full townhouse on the quiet residential beach side: full kitchen to cook meals, washer/dryer for uniforms, access to the small SummerPlace community pool, and the Gulf of Mexico one block away. Grandparents who prefer a calmer environment will especially appreciate the low-density, no-elevator setup with 2 parking spaces right in front of the unit.
Is the property good for the Seabreeze Jazz Festival?
Absolutely — the Turquoise Townhouse is a great base for the Seabreeze Jazz Festival (April 22–26, 2026). Named a Top 10 Jazz Festival in the USA, it draws over 20,000 fans to Aaron Bessant Park for five days of world-class smooth jazz. You're just minutes from the venue with your own quiet, residential retreat to come back to after the shows. Book direct for the best rate — this week fills up fast.
Is the property good for Florida Jeep Jam?
Yes — Florida Jeep Jam (May 11–16, 2026) is one of the fastest-growing Jeep events in the Southeast, bringing 2,000+ Jeeps to Aaron Bessant Park for a full week of obstacle courses, beach krawls, vendors, and live music. The Turquoise Townhouse has 2 assigned parking spaces directly in front of the unit — plenty of room for your Jeep. It's a quiet residential setting that's close to all the action without being in the middle of it.
Is the property good for the Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally?
Yes — the Turquoise Townhouse is well-located for Thunder Beach, held in PCB each spring (typically mid-May) and fall. The quiet residential setting gives you a peaceful home base while staying close to all the rally action on Thomas Drive and at Schooners.
How do I get the best rate?
Book directly through this site — you save 15–18% compared to Airbnb and VRBO since there's no platform markup or service fee. Return guests and friends & family can inquire about additional discounts using the contact form below.
How do I get to the beach from the townhouse?
Bay County Public Beach Access #12 is a 5 minute walk. From the front door turn right toward the end of the property and hop on the sidewalk along Thomas Drive. Walk past the Mariner East sign, then the Nautical Watch sign, then past the front of Watercrest Condominiums and turn right on Crescent Drive. Follow the path straight to the beach. Please use the public access path and not cut through the condominiums.
Can I bike to restaurants and shops from the townhouse?
Yes, absolutely. Thomas Drive has a dedicated bike lane and the speed limit is 35mph so it feels very safe for bikes, e-bikes and scooters. Finn's Island Style Grub is only a 6 minute bike ride from the unit. For rentals, Beachside Motorsports has e-bikes, regular bikes, paddleboards, kayaks and golf carts all in one place.
Is there parasailing near the Turquoise Townhouse?
Adventures at Sea on the Grand Lagoon is your one stop shop about 7 minutes from the unit. They do jet skis, boat rentals, dolphin tours and parasailing all in one place. Lagoon Pontoons is right there too if you want a pontoon for the day.
Where can I rent a paddleboard near the property?
Two great options. The St. Andrews State Park Jetty Store rents paddleboards right on site so you can grab a board and be on the water in the same trip. Beachside Motorsports also rents them closer to the unit on Thomas Drive.
Where can I go fishing near the townhouse?
St. Andrews State Park has a great fishing pier only 9 minutes from the unit with unobstructed gulf views. If you need gear or want to rent a full fishing setup, Half Hitch tackle shop is 7 minutes away and has everything you need.
Is this a good place to stay for the Bay Point Billfish Open?
Great fit for families and spectators coming in for the tournament. The Bay Point Billfish Open (June 23–28, 2026) is held at Point South Marina in Bay Point — the Northern Gulf Coast's most prestigious sport fishing tournament with a prize pool over $1 million. The anglers sleep on their boats, but the families and fans who come to cheer them on need a real place to stay. The townhouse gives you a full kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 parking spaces, and the beach one block away to fill the days while the boats are out fishing.
Do the basketball and pickleball courts in the photos belong to the property?
Those courts belong to the Mariner East and West Condominium community next door and are not available to SummerPlace guests. SummerPlace is a smaller 18 unit community and the shared amenity is the pool.
What are the best dinner spots near the townhouse?
Schooners is less than a mile away and is a PCB classic. Best fried shrimp on the beach, great Pina Coladas and Margaritas, and I personally love their tuna dip. Capt. Anderson's is about a 5 minute drive and is a beautiful sit down dinner spot right off the bay. Pier Park has tons of restaurant options under 10 miles away but keep in mind it gets crowded on holiday weekends so drive times can vary.
